The AI Governance Tracker is a research tool for people who need to stay on top of AI regulation without piecing it together from newsletters. It follows legislation, regulation and policy across 17 jurisdictions, including the EU, UK and US, and presents each development as a tracked item: what changed, when, where it sits in the legislative process, how much it matters, and a link to the official source.
It is built by Zymbos Advisory, the AI governance practice of Albany Limited, and it is the same tool we use for our own conformity assessment and advisory work.
Aggregation is easy; verification is the work. Every item in the tracker carries three things.
Each entry links to the official text: the act, the bill, the regulator's publication. Not to commentary about it.
Items are checked against the primary source before they are published, and the tracker shows the check, not just the claim.
Each development is scored for how much it matters to organisations building or deploying AI, so a consultation paper does not shout as loudly as an act in force.
The tracker is updated weekly, with a validation pass over existing items as well as new developments.
It is built for people doing governance work: compliance leads, in-house counsel, consultants and advisers who need to know what changed this week and whether it matters. It is equally open to individuals following AI regulation in a personal capacity. The tracker is information, not legal advice. It is a guide to help you do your own work: verify against the cited primary source and take qualified professional advice before acting on any item. It holds no client or matter data by design, and it is built to WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards.
